Ingredients-Malzemesi

500 gr lamb cut in small cubes
1 clove garlic
1 medium onion
1 teaspoon tomato paste

1 green chili pepper
5 aubergines 
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon thick yogurt


Method- Hazırlanışı
Saute the meat with the chopped onions. 
Add the sliced garlic, sliced pepper and  tomato paste and stir over 
a medium heat for 10 minutes. 
Add  2 cups of hot water, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until 
the meat is tender.
Grill the aubergines over an open flame until the skin is scorched and
the flesh tender.
Peel and chop. Stir in the yogurt and season to taste. 
Spread the aubergine puree onto plates and spoon the meat over.
