Ingredients- Malzcmcsi

1/2 kg anchovy fillets,
2 onions,
250g margarine, 
4.5 cups rice,
3 tablespoons pine kernels, 
2,5 tablespoons currants, 
4 cups water, salt

Method-
Hazırlanışı

* Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Stir the pine kernels in 
the fat until coloured, and add the currants.

* Finely chop the onions, add to the saucepan and sauté until 
transparent.

*Add the water and salt, and bring to the boil.

*Toss in the rice, cover and cook gently until the rice grains 
have absorbed the liquid and are tender.

*To fillet anchovies remove the heads, split open and removed 
the guts,then gently tear out the hack bone and tail. Arrange 
half the filleted
anchovies in an oven tray or dish. Spread the pilaf on top, then 
arrange the remaining anchovies over. Bake in the oven until the 
fish are golden. 
Serve hot.
