Ingredients-Malzcmcsi

5 peeled celerias
juice of 2 lemons
2 diced potatoes (zar şeklinde kesilmiş)
2 finely chopped carrots
2 tablespoons flour
2 litres water
10 button onions (arpacık soğanı)
salt to taste (az tuz)

Method-
Hazırlanışı
Blend  the flour with the water and lemon juice in a saucepan, add the vegetables and
other ingrediants, and bring to the boil. Cook gently for 30 minutes and set aside to 
cool before setting.
