chicken breasts
4 tblsp tahin
2-3 tsp pekmez (concentrated grape juice)
Juice of a lemon
Juice of an orange
4-6 cloves of garlic (crushed)
Salt and pepper
Preparing
-Beat the tahin with pekmez, lemon and orange juice and garlic,
add seasoning. Coat breast of chicken with the mixture and set
side about an hour.
-Place the chicken and the sauce into an ovenproof dish and bake
at 200 ‘C for about 25-30 minutes.
