Cooking Method-

Boil the
milk and leave until luke warm or cold.
Take a little of the milk and blend well with the sieved flour.
In a separate bowl beat the eggs until frothy and add to the rest of the
milk,
the sugar, and milk and flour mixture.
Beat well with a wire egg beater.
Pour into a lightly greased oven dish and cook until golden coloured.
Immediately pour the cold syrup over, and serve when the syrup has
been
absorbed:
