Ingredients-Malzcmcsi
1/2 lt ewe's milk (49 cal)
4 eggs (24 cal)
50 gr flour (182 cal)
80 gr sugar (320 cal)


For the Syrup:
 
120 gr sugar
100 cl water


Cooking time :
20 minutes

Preparing time :
5 minutes

Cooking Method-
Hazırlanışı
Boil the milk and leave until luke warm or cold.
Take a little of the milk and blend well with the sieved flour.
In a separate bowl beat the eggs until frothy and add to the rest of the milk,
the sugar, and milk and flour mixture.
Beat well with a wire egg beater. 
Pour into a lightly greased oven dish and cook until golden coloured.
Immediately pour the cold syrup over, and serve when the syrup has been 
absorbed:

Preparing the syrup :
Add the sugar to the water, bring to the boil, and simmer for a few minutes.

ewe's milk : koyun sütü
sieved flour : elenmiş un

luke warm  : ılık
cook until golden coloured : hafifçe pembeleşinceye kadar pişirin
